 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order has entered assembly, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
 By placing an order, you confirm that all personalisation details you provide (names, event details, dates, photos) are accurate. VO2 Atelier is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

 All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

 

 ─── Personalised Products ───
 Frames that include personalisation are made specifically for you. As such, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

 

 ─── Intellectual Property ───

 

 

 All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of VO2 Atelier and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.

 

 

 ─── Digital Memory Page ───
 The Digital Memory Page service allows customers to create a personal digital keepsake linked to their frame via a QR code. VO2 Atelier is not responsible for content submitted by customers. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to use and share it.

 

 

 ─── Limitation of Liability ───

 

 

 VO2 Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

 These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.
