How are the frames made?
Solid beech wood. Bevel-cut double mat. 2mm glass front.
Each frame is built to order in Beirut, by hand — for the specific person and the specific achievement going inside it.

Your name, your event, your date — printed directly onto the mat. Not a sticker. Not removable. Part of the frame itself, permanently.

An optional add-on that brings your story to life.
A QR code is placed on your frame. Scan it to access your personal memory page — photos, videos, activity data, anything connected to that moment.

How long does it take to receive my frame?
Each frame is made to order.
Production: 3–5 business days. Delivery across Lebanon follows immediately after.

How do I pay?
Cash on delivery across Lebanon. A payment link can also be arranged on request.
Can I return my frame?
Personalised frames cannot be returned — they are made specifically for you. If your frame arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
Non-personalised frames can be returned within 7 days if unused. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours, before production begins.
