Every VO2 Atelier frame is handcrafted and personalized in Lebanon. Please allow time for your frame to be assembled before it is dispatched.

Each order is personalised and assembled after it is placed. Processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days before your frame is ready for delivery.

Beirut: within 48 hours of dispatch
Outside Beirut (Lebanon): within 4 business days of dispatch

We currently deliver within Lebanon. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations — stay tuned.
─── Delivery Fee ───
Free delivery on all orders equal or over $50.
A delivery fee applies to orders under $50 — this will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
─── Delays ───
While we do everything to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or logistics delays may occasionally affect delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at studio@vo2atelier.com and we will investigate immediately.
─── Damaged in Transit ───
If your frame arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy. We will replace it at no cost to you.
