ERC Aquathlon Amchit Challenge 2026 · June 14, 2026 · Amchit, Lebanon
Most races end the same way. A finish line. A medal. A photo. Then the medal goes home, sits somewhere for a day or two, and quietly disappears into a drawer.
The ERC Aquathlon Amchit Challenge 2026 deserved better than that.
What the day looked like
The Elite Running Club brought athletes to the shores of Amchit for one of Lebanon's toughest multi-discipline formats: 5km run, 1km open water swim, 2.5km run. In that order. No transitions, no mercy.
Athletes from across Lebanon lined up on a June morning and pushed through heat, open water, and a course that asks everything of you before it gives you anything back.
The ones who crossed the finish line first didn't just earn a medal. They earned the right to remember it properly.
Where VO2 Atelier came in
VO2 Atelier partnered with ERC as the official frame partner for the Amchit Challenge. Six Milestone frames — handcrafted in solid beech wood in Beirut — were presented on the podium to the overall men's and women's top finishers.
Not as a trophy. Not as a participation gift. As something permanent — a frame built to hold what they earned, on a wall where it belongs.
"The race is over. The story isn't."
A race I ran myself
VO2 Atelier was built by an athlete. I competed at the ERC Aquathlon Amchit Challenge 2026 — finishing 2nd in the 45–49 age category. I know exactly what it feels like to cross a finish line like that.
I also know what happens to the medal after. That's why we build what we build.
Your Amchit medal deserves a wall
Every athlete who competed on June 14 earned something real. If your Milestone frame is still waiting to happen — use code ERC10 for 10% off your frame.
The Milestone holds one medal, elevated on a precision-cut mat behind museum glass, inside a solid beech wood frame. Add your name, your event, and your result — permanently engraved on the mat.
